The Trucking Company form enables you to associate a trucking company with the selected driver.

To associate a trucking company with the selected driver:

1. From the Trucking Company drop-down list, select the trucking company ID.

You can only associate trucking companies that exist at the current scope level. For more information on adding a trucking company, see Trucking Company form (on page 1).

2. Optionally, in the Agreement Expiration field, enter the date after which the agreement between the selected trucking company and the driver expires.

For more information on entering a date, see Entering dates.

Include the RejectTruckingCompanyExpiredDriverAgreement (on page 1) business task in the gate configuration to reject a gate transaction if the current date is past the Agreement Expiration date.

3. Click Save.
